Stacy G. Fisher
An executive coach who increases leadership capacity and effectiveness with their teams, Stacy supports the coachee in designing an authentic leadership brand that calls their best self forward each day. Stacy helps build self-awareness and emotional intelligence with practical skills to shift to more effective mindset and behaviors. She develops leader’s ability to coach teams in an engaging way, manage difficult conversations, collaborate and produce sustainable results and present to influence.
Areas in which Stacy excels include leadership capacity, impact and effectiveness garnering collaboration; leveraging gender differences; career transitions and encore chapters. Her work with Wells Fargo has been with senior, mid-level and high-potentials, including Presidents, MD’s. EVP, SVP, including all product groups and enterprise roles.
Prior to establishing her own coaching practice, Stacy led an organization effectiveness and development (OED) team of senior consultants focused on executive and senior leader agility, effectiveness, team member engagement, talent planning and diversity & inclusion across the multi-disciplined lines of business in the Community Bank with Wells Fargo.
Stacy began her career in foreign exchange (FX) at Citibank, N.A. in Chicago where she worked as a corporate sales specialist. She joined Wells Fargo to manage a portfolio of national and multi-national companies in the International Group’s FX office. She was tapped to lead the creation of Wells Fargo’s Foreign Exchange Online distribution channel. The service launched as the inaugural customer solution of the company’s award-winning Commercial Electronic Office ® (CEO ®) portal. Stacy served as the business leader for foreign exchange eCommerce. She also led the FX and international treasury management integration team for the first 18 months of the merger with Wachovia until she was recruited to create the OED team assuming her last role at the company.
Stacy is an active member of the Women’s Leadership Board through Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana Stacy is a founding and active advisory council member for the Illinois Women’s Connection, an alumnae organization. Stacy is a Certified Professional Co-Active CoachÒ (CPCC) and completed her coaching education through The Coaches Training Institute. Stacy is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
